Returns

The right of withdrawal is the possibility for a Contracting Party to withdraw unilaterally from a contract, cancelling all obligations arising from it, without the consent of the opposing party and without incurring  penalties.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item within at latest 10 working days after the date of receipt of the delivery (working days are calculated on the basis of proof of delivery) .
To return your order you can choose one of the following methods:

• Replacement of the purchased item;
• Refund: the price paid for the returned items, excluding shipping, gift and similar.

Of discounted products or promotions more than  50% cannot be refunded.
If you ask for a refund you have to return any gifts received.

Returns Conditions

In order to exercise your rights of refund, you have to observe  these simple conditions:
 
• Communicate the intention to return a product within 10 working days after the date of delivery via email to info@cravattificioitaliano.it . After that period of time your request can not be processed.
• You have to return products in one single parcel in their original packaging. We will not accept returns of products belonging to the same order, but sent at different times.
• You have to return goods intact not used or damaged.

Non Returnable Items
In the case of returned goods not meeting with our above requirements,
CRAVATTIFICIO Italiano reserves the right to reject your return. If this is the case you may choose to have the products re-returned to yourselves, in which case you will be charged for all shipping costs.

Refund
Refund of the total amount will be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned item. Refund time may vary depending on payment used, and specifically:

• Credit card: refund time depends on your card issuer. Regarding time, the date of re- credit will not vary compared to the purchase date. As soon as the refund is processed, it will be confirmed it by e mail.
• Paypal: refunds will be made directly to your Paypal account and will be shown immediately. PayPal will send a notification of the refund and later our customer care department will contact you via email.
• Bank transfer:  our customer care will contact you and will require your bank details in order to  re-credit your account. The time required for this procedure is dependent on the individual bank.
• Cash on delivery: To receive a  refund you must have a bank account. Our customer care department will contact you to define details of the refund amount.

 Shipping options
Once the goods have been shipped and received your right to cancel the order will have to put in writing at least 20 days prior

Return of Defective Items
In case of defective products you must send an email to info@cravattificioitaliano.it within 48 hours with your data, order number and type of defect. You will be contacted as soon as possible to arrange the return. In this case shipping costs are at our charge.
You can return items via express courier following the instructions:
contact our customer care department to arrange the date of withdrawal.
The courier will come to collect the package, please note that in this case nothing is due to the courier.
If you decide to make arrangements directly with the express courier, you can request a preprinted waybill, that you will receive by email to the address you supplied.
